Day 2- Playhouse Disney Character Breakfast

On our 2nd morning in Disney World we went to breakfast with some of the Playhouse Disney characters inclusing, my favorite, Little Einsteins. Here are Daddy and I waiting outside of the restaurant.

This is the Lion from Jo Jo's circus. We don't know his name, because I don't watch that show. He was pretty cute, but I was ready to eat!

Mommy and Daddy thought that I would be thrilled to meet the Einstein characters, but I was really thrilled to eat this yummy muffin, and didn't give Leo the time of day.

I was a little more excited to see June, but not excited enough to put down the muffin and pose for a picture with her.

JoJo came to visit me too. I thought he was a little scary!

The lion being silly with Daddy

Leo tried again, but I was still more interested in eating (Mommy was trying to take the food away from me, not give me more). At this point Mommy and Daddy were really regretting the decision to pay little (ok, a lot) more for breakfast so that I could meet the Einsteins.

I made up for my initial stand-offishness. Once I was finished eating I got up and danced with Leo and June. I was the craziest kid out there!

Some of my moves included scooting around on the floor on my knees.

Then I was ready to give Leo some love!

Day 1- The Magic Kingdom

Before we got to Disney Mommy told me all about the Dumbo ride, and I was so excited about it, that we just had to ride it first thing. Well, it was the longest line we waited in (about 20 minutes), and I was not very patient (I got much better as the trip went on). I got upset every time Dumbo took off and left me on the ground. In this picture I'm excited because it's finally our turn.

Finally!

Mommy and I in our 3D glasses waiting for Mickey's Philharmonic. It was a really neat show

I loved the tea cups!

Helping Daddy spin our tea cup and making Mommy dizzy!

Daddy took me on my first roller coaster, Goofy's Barnstormer. We're in one of those cars up there. I was very excited while we were waiting in line, but then on the ride I was very serious so Daddy wasn't sure how I felt. As soon as we stopped though, I said, "Let's ride again!" I'm a roller coaster fan!

We went back to the hotel in the middle of the day and all took great naps. We're not sure how people manage to make it from open to close in the parks. Here are Daddy and I heading back to the Magic Kingdom for the evening and discussing what we're going to ride first. No surprise, it was Dumbo again!

Enjoying a little late night snack in my stroller.

Ok, it's past my bedtime, I'm pooped!

Disney World- First Night

Last week we went to Disney World! We have lots of pictures, so Mommy's going to post a few at a time. Here are some pictures of our first night at the hotel. We stayed at the Pop Century. It was really neat and there was even a playground for me. It was the perfect thing after a long car trip!

All over the resort there were huge statues (I guess that's what you'd call them) of different Disney characters and toys. Here are Mommy and I checking out the guys from the Jungle Book. It was funny because I'd just watched the movie for the first time on the way down on the portable DVD player.

I'm sitting on Mogley's foot!

Woah, look at the giant Play-Doh!

My 2 favorite statues were of Lady and the Tramp. There was a giant Tramp right across from Lady. Unfortunately, Mommy tried to use a new setting on the camera that didn't work so well, so all of our other pictures from our first night are really blurry.

Fun at the Fair

On Saturday we went to the fair. We're going to Disney World in less than 2 weeks, so Mommy and Daddy figured that the fair would be a good introduction to rides and waiting in line. Here I am on my first ride. I loved it!

I liked riding in the airplane too. Somehow I ended up being the only kid on the ride without a gun to play with. Oh well, I still had fun!

The Nemo ride! It doesn't look like it, but I was very excited about riding this one. Although, I thought it was Marlin, Nemo's dad, instead of Nemo.

Daddy made sure I stayed on my horse on the carousel!

This was the ride that I was most excited about. When we got there it wasn't open yet and I kept asking to go on the car ride. Luckily, it opened right before we left. It was a lot of fun, although I got a little upset because some kids were already in the car that I had my eye one. I recovered quickly though! The consensus is that I love rides! DisneyWorld here I come!!

Cutie Pies

These are just a few recent pictures of Ian and I. We love him!

Dr. Anna

Last week Gran sent me this Dr. kit as a little treat to say that she's proud of me because 2 weeks ago I gave up my diapers for good! I love my Dr. kit and gave my bunny a thorough examination. Her heart sounds great!

Then, I took her temperature. No fever for this bunny!

"Thank You Father"

I learned this blessing at preschool and I've been saying it every night before dinner. Mommy and Daddy get a kick out of my facial expressins and "winky eye" so one night last week sneaky Daddy set up the camera at the other end of the table without my knowing. Just in case you can't understand me, the words are:

Thank You Father, Thank You Father

For our Food, For our Food

And our Many Blessings, And our Many Blessings

Amen, Amen
